1. Service Agreement
By scheduling or subscribing to services with Call Of Doody, you agree to the terms outlined below. We provide recurring and one-time pet waste removal services at the frequency selected by the client. Service availability may vary based on weather, holidays, and property conditions. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling as needed and will notify you of any changes.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area on scheduled visit days. Yards must be free of hazards such as aggressive pets, locked gates, or unsafe conditions. If we are unable to perform services due to restricted access, the regular service fee will still apply. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes in property conditions, access codes, or pet arrangements.
3. Payments & Billing
All services are billed in advance, either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the plan selected. Payment information must be kept current to avoid interruptions in service. Failed or late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior written notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel services at any time with 7 days’ notice. Refunds will not be issued for missed services due to lack of access, severe weather, or other conditions outside of our control. If service is permanently canceled, any unused prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to ensure thorough and professional service, Call Of Doody is not liable for damages to lawns, landscaping, or personal property beyond normal wear and tear. Our team does not assume responsibility for illnesses, parasites, or health issues that may arise in pets or humans from pet waste outside of scheduled service times. By using our services, you acknowledge that pet ownership carries inherent responsibilities and risks.
